This section contains important information about the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of our website. We appreciate it's not the most interesting page but does include details relevant to placing an order and for returning goods.

By placing an order online with Stone Mania you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by British law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.

Stone Mania is domiciled in the United Kingdom.  We make warranty to anyone who places an order for goods from outside of the United Kingdom that our website complies with any non UK laws or regulations.

Contract for Sale

A contract comes into place once payment has been received for goods purchased online from Stone Mania.  

Receipt of an Order

Upon receipt of payment confirmation of your order will be sent by email.  You may also be advised through WhatsApp or by means of a text message that your order has been confirmed.

Stone Mania reserves the right to refuse to supply any person for whatever reason.

Orders are carefully inspected prior to being dispatched.

We try to process and dispatch orders on the same day they are received.  In some cases it may take slightly longer.

You will always be advised when your order has been dispatched and when you can expect it to be delivered.

Prices and Availability of Goods

Prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP £).  They can also be viewed in U.S dollars and Euros.

Any customs duties or levies in your country as a result of goods being sent overseas are your responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure prices and details on our website remain accurate at all times, data entry errors and other technical problems may sometimes result in an inaccurate price being shown. In such cases we are not required to honour the advertised price.

Conformity of Goods

Although we make every effort to ensure product photos are as true to life as possible, shapes and sizes can be deceiving. Colours and shades of colour may also appear to be more or less vibrant.

This may be the result of your monitor or device, your browser or our photographic equipment.  We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of an item irrespective of the cause.

Accepted Methods of Payment

Payment for goods purchased online from Stone Mania may be made through PayPal or by means of a bank transfer.

Delivery of Goods

Goods will always be well protected and sent in either a padded envelope or cardboard box.  

In the event a parcel should become lost or damaged whilst in transit, if Royal Mail is the service provider we will submit a claim.  This can only be done 10 days after the parcel was posted.
 
We will not submit a claim if the carrier was Hermes.  Unfortunately you will need to do this yourself.  Although we offer Hermes as an option for delivery, our preferred carrier is Royal Mail.

Stone Mania cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises.

Our Shipping Policy gives details of postage fees, services and insurance that's available. Prices will be updated in accordance with increases made by Royal Mail and Hermes.  We are not obliged to give prior notice before changing postage prices.

In order for us to be able to track your parcel a tracking service must be used.

If 1st or 2nd Class post has been requested, proof of postage will be obtained.

When payment for goods is made through PayPal, in accordance with their Seller Protection Policy (see "Basic requirements" bullet point 4), goods which have been purchased online from Stone Mania can only be sent to the address registered with PayPal.

To use an alternative delivery address payment must be made by bank transfer.

Returning Goods

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund. 

Please advise us by email that you will be returning your purchase.

A full refund will be offered providing goods are:

• Received back within thirty (30) days of the date they were delivered (excluding purchases that exceed £150)

• In exactly the same condition as when they were dispatched

Goods up to the value of £150 (excluding postage) must be received back within thirty (30) working days of the date they were delivered.

Individual goods or multiple goods whose value exceeds £150 (excluding postage) must be received back within fourteen (14) working days of the date they were delivered.

You will be liable for return postage fees.  It is your responsibility to ensure goods are received back in the same condition as when they were dispatched. You are responsible for any loss or damage which may occur whilst the package is in transit.

Upon receipt of returned goods providing they are found to be in the same condition as when they were dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage except where a product is damaged.

Refunds will be made by the same means by which the original payment was made.

Customer Feedback

In order maintain the highest standards of service feedback from our customers is encouraged and welcomed.  Should you wish to leave feedback for Stone Mania after having received your order, it can be left on Google against our business listing or on the review website Trustpilot.

If using a PC a review on Google can be left for us here.  If using a mobile device it can be left here. 

Your Details and Data

Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us. We do not use the information you provide on our website to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfill your order.

We do not combine your individual information with any kind of site analysis but do look at the overall browsing behaviour of our customers to improve the way our website navigates.

We do not track your behaviour on any other websites or follow you once you've left our website.

Cookies

Like all websites we use cookies to help us provide a great service. Any personal data gathered during your use of our website will be recorded electronically.  It will only be used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

Information will be used solely to complete your order.

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website which acts as a unique ID. Cookies make it easier and faster for you to use a website that you've visited previously.

They enable information that has been viewed before to be brought up quickly whenever you need it.

A cookie generated by our website contains no personal information.  It only contains a numeric ID that will enable you to retrieve account details or revisit specific pages.

The cookie will store your email address and password so you don't have to enter those details again. 

Use of E-Mail

Stone Mania will only use your email address and telephone number as a way to contact you about your order.  All details you share with us are confidential and will never be passed to a third party.

Disclaimer

At Stone Mania we work continuously to keep our website up to date but cannot guarantee that it and its contents are completely free from technical errors.

Stone Mania cannot be held liable for any damages associated with the use of our website however caused.  Nor can we be held responsible for any incorrect prices or information that has been published.

Cooling Off Period

Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order and return it for a full refund (excluding postage fees).  Time limitations for returning an order can be found above.

Our website and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Stone Mania and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of our products would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation.

No prospective customer should seek to make any order through our website from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Stone Mania to sell products.

Legal Governance

Use of our website and any contract between you and Stone Mania is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

Your use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Copyright and Other Rights

All images, illustrations, designs layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this website are protected by copyright, trade mark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licenced to Stone Mania.

Our website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Stone Mania.

The contents of the website and the site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Stone Mania or using the website as a shopping resource.

No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way in whole or in part, any of the contents of the website or any related software.
