Colourful Rainbow Calsilica Pendant
Rainbow calsilica took the world by storm some years ago. First introduced at the Tucson Rock and Mineral Show in the USA, it appeared out of nowhere and attracted huge attention.
Rock and mineral collectors soon began asking questions but the stone's only supplier insisted it was a natural material from Mexico.
It took some time before chemical analysis proved otherwise.
Although rainbow calsilica includes traces of natural minerals including hematite and calcite, it's not a natural stone.
