Quartz Crystal Tower with Rutile
A spectacular, large and chunky quartz crystal with subtle inclusions of black rutile.
Some iridescence can be seen as light catches the tower at just the right angle.
There is a very small filling of resin (about half a millimetre) on one side, close to the base. It can just be seen on the lower left side in our first photo.
As with most quartz crystal towers, this piece has been lightly polished to preserve as much of the original material as possible.
This quartz tower, which comes from South Africa, was carefully chosen for our collection.
