Beautiful chevron amethyst polished stones. These pieces were originally designed as crystal wands, so they have one flat side.

Banded amethyst, also known as chevron amethyst, is an extreme example of colour zoning. This is a common characteristic of amethyst. Minerals that exhibit colour zoning have different shades of colour within the same crystal.

These large chevron amethyst stones have been lightly polished, so natural anomalies have not been polished out.

Our photos were taken in natural daylight, so no additional lighting was used.
