Amazonite Lenticular-Shaped Stones
Three finely polished amazonite stones with similar colour and markings.
Each piece has been carved with a subtle dome on each side, so with the slightest movement, they wobble.
Despite also being known as Amazon Stone, amazonite is not found near the River Amazon. At the time of being named, it's believed to have been mistaken for nephrite jade, which is found there.
These amazonite stone carvings reflect light beautifully, and their incredibly smooth texture makes them wonderfully tactile.
