Rough Lemurian Quartz Crystal
Lemurian quartz is a relatively rare variety of quartz found primarily in Brazil.
Lemurian seed crystal is an alternative name but some claim the two types of crystal are not exactly the same. The difference seems to have something to do with the striations on the crystal faces.
These markings which can sometimes be felt as well as seen are often used to identify lemurian quartz. With that said, not all lemurian quartz has striations.
Lemurian quartz is highly sought after for its metaphysical healing properties.
