Amethyst Pendants with AAA-Grade Cabochons

Although darker shades of amethyst can look almost black against a surface, once light is introduced behind the stone the magic begins.
These three amethyst gemstones look very similar in our photos, but each one has its own unique characteristics. That's the beauty of natural gemstones.
The larger of the three pendants has a very small indentation in the centre of the stone. From some angles, it can just be seen. This has been taken into consideration when pricing this pendant. The anomaly can be seen if you look carefully in photo 3 but not in photo 1.
With amethyst being translucent, fine-grade stones like these exhibit magnificent colour when held up to the light.
Each amethyst gemstone has been crafted in a handmade sterling silver setting. The stones were cut from amethyst mined in South Africa.
